DUA Foundation (DF) is a non political, non sectarian and voluntary registered Non Government Organization, Registered under Societies Registration Act, XXI of 1860 with Joint Stock Companies, Government of Sindh. Vide Certificate of Registration of Societies KAR NO. 156 of 2013-14, situated at Karachi.

DUA Foundation is founded by a group of professionals from Karachi who are highly accomplished in their respective fields as well as armed with a built-in spirit of selfless social services. It has been serving people irrespective of their ethnicity, political and religious affiliation, caste or creed in far-flung parts of Sindh, especially of District Tharparkar.

Our areas OF endeavors are WASH, Health, Advocacy, Education, Environment, Poverty Alleviation and Emergency Response. Our working methodology is based on involving all the stakeholders to plan and to act. For this, we undertake base line survey, need assessment, budgeting, effective monitoring and evaluation.

More than 900 projects by DUA Foundation have benefitted more than 6 lacs (0.6 million) people in around 150 localities of rural and urban Sindh. Least administrative cost and maximum operation cost is the key to success. Our water initiatives helped locals in growing food and livestock, improving health, promoting education and economic empowerment particularly in Tharparkar, our health programs are known as the Symbol of Life. Our team has not only built capacity of public but also has developed Quality NICU facilities and trained staff at Mitthi District Hospital, resulting in reduction of infant mortality. Our unique Agro Farm project has not only set an example of growing food in deserted areas but also has empowered the poor farmers economically.
